Each organization gets the agents built for its work — your procedures, running on your documents, with every finding verified at the source it came from.

How it works
Built for your work, verified at the source
An agent here is not a chat window with a system prompt. It is a procedure your organization already trusts, turned into something that runs on demand and shows its work.
01
Procedure
Write the procedure once
Your standard operating procedures become the agent. The steps your people already follow are the steps the agent takes, in the same order, every time.
02
Run
Run it on a real matter
Each run is a record: who started it, which procedure version it used, what it read, what it cost. Nothing happens off the books.
03
Source
Read the result with its sources
Every finding carries the document and passage it came from, and whether that came from your firm or from the group you share with.
The agents
One workspace, the agents your organization holds
Sign in and you see the agents you have access to — no catalog to browse, no general assistant to steer. These two we can describe publicly. Most of what we run, we cannot.
Expert Witness
For plaintiff firms sharing an expert list across a group
The work litigators call expert witness vetting: prior testimony, litigation history, Daubert exposure and conflicts — every finding tied to the document it came from, and the three kinds of source kept apart.
For buyers, business brokers and owners preparing to sell
Which of a business’s repeated work an agent could take over, what it costs to build and run, and what it saves — a number a buyer can model, a seller can defend a multiple with, and a broker can put in front of both.
Most of the agents we run were built around a single company’s procedures and will never appear on this page — which is the point of how they are scoped. Your admin turns on what your organization holds; nobody self-serves into a workspace they are not part of.
Every agent, named or not, carries the same record: who ran it, which procedure version, what it read, what it cost.
Custom agents
Most of what we build never leaves the company it was built for
Custom agents are the work. They run inside one company, on that company’s procedures and documents, and most of them we will never be able to name — which is rather the point of how they are scoped. Expert Witness is simply the one we can show you, because a group of firms agreed to share it.
Yours will be something else. Bring the procedure your team already follows and the agent gets built around it, not the other way round.
Your SOP becomes the agent
It arrives as a numbered procedure with an owner, a version and a run count — the same steps, in the same order, every time, with the guardrails written in and every finding carrying its source.
The industry matters less than the shape of the work. If these are true of something your team does every week, there is an agent in it.
1The steps are written down, or could be — the same ones, in the same order.
2It runs against documents, not vibes, and those documents have sources worth citing.
3Someone has to be able to check the result afterwards and see how it got there.
4It happens often enough that doing it by hand is the expensive part.

Something else
For your whole team
We’ll come talk to your company about agents
An hour with your people — partners, operations, IT, whoever has to live with the decision — on what agents actually do, where they fail, and what it takes to run one on real work. Remote or in person. It is not a demo and it is not a pitch, and you do not have to be a customer.
Honest about what agents are bad at, not just what they are good at
Built around your industry and the work your team actually does
Start with the work, not the software. Tell us what your team does today — who does it, what they read, where it slows down — and we will tell you honestly whether an agent helps.
Expert witness vetting, available now
One of our agents does the work litigators call expert witness vetting — prior testimony, litigation history, Daubert exposure and conflicts, every finding tied to the document it came from. If that is your problem, ask for a demo and we will run it.
Or an agent built around your own procedure
Most work is not expert vetting. Tell us the steps your team already follows and we will tell you honestly whether an agent helps — and what it would take.
You decide what is shared
Share with a group, with your firm only, or with nobody. Your uploads and transcripts stay yours unless you say otherwise.
The conversation is free
No pitch, no commitment, no pricing conversation on the first call. We would rather understand the problem and tell you if we are the wrong answer.
